The Opportunity
As AI agents become more embedded in our workflows and applications, our team explored how to create an experience that puts people in control — not on the sidelines.
We came up with design principles of Human-Agent interactions for The Internet of Agents. We provide design inspiration and modular UI examples for teams building human-in-loop interfaces.
My Role
Lead UX and product design for agent interaction patterns
Design key UI components for suggestions, recovery, and explainability
Conduct interviews with a product manager and a UI designer
Collaborate with engineering to align on system behavior and feasibility
This work is grounded in ongoing research led by our design ops and research teams, with insights from engineers, AI experts, and cross-functional partners. Our goal is to make agent behavior transparent, trustworthy, and user-guided. The system continues to evolve, and I’m happy to share more details or walk through specific patterns upon request.
